Who these terms are between

They are between you and BLS LLC (shown on the App Store as BLS Limited Liability Company), a limited liability company registered in Missouri, United States, the makers of AutiFlow. By joining the waitlist or taking part in the beta, you agree to them.

You need to be an adult

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. AutiFlow is set up by a parent, caregiver, therapist or teacher, who then uses it together with the child.

AutiFlow is not medical care

AutiFlow helps a child say what they need, name how they feel and settle back down. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral support or medical advice. Nothing in the app or in our emails is clinical advice about your child. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and puts you in line for a beta invitation. It is not a guarantee of a spot.
• We invite people in small groups, so your invitation may take a few weeks.
• Founding family pricing means the first year of the yearly plan for US$39.99 instead of US$59.99. It is offered to families on the waitlist before launch, through an App Store offer code sent by email, and renews at the regular yearly price after that first year unless cancelled.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

The beta

• The beta is free and runs through Apple TestFlight. You will need an iPhone and an Apple Account.
• Beta software is unfinished. Things can break, and data you enter during the beta may be reset.
• Please do not rely on the beta as your child’s only way to communicate. Keep your existing tools nearby.
• We may change, pause or end the beta, or remove a tester, at any time.
• If you send us feedback, ideas or bug reports, we may use them to improve AutiFlow without owing you anything for them.
• Please do not share screenshots, videos or TestFlight links publicly while the app is unreleased.

Your content

The cards, recordings, check-ins and routines you create stay yours. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not use them in our marketing without asking you first.

Our content

The AutiFlow name, the Flo character, the artwork, the copy and the app itself belong to us. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Subscriptions after launch

When AutiFlow launches, some features will need a paid subscription, billed through your Apple Account. Prices, free trials and renewal terms will be shown in the app before you pay, and you can cancel in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Fair use

Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or reverse engineer AutiFlow, and do not use it to harm anyone.

Limits

AutiFlow is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always work or always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the waitlist, the beta or the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product grows, and we will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law. Questions go to hello@autiflow.app.
