Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
The short version. We ask for your email and a few questions so we can plan the beta and tell you when your spot is ready. We do not sell your details, we do not run ads, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time by emailing hello@autiflow.app.
Who we are
AutiFlow is built by BLS LLC (shown on the App Store as BLS Limited Liability Company), a limited liability company registered in Missouri, United States. If you have a question about this policy or your details, email hello@autiflow.app.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address (required) | To send you your beta invitation and launch news. |
| First name (optional) | So our emails do not start with “Dear user”. |
| Whether you are a parent or caregiver, a therapist or teacher, or someone else | To group beta testers and write emails that make sense for you. |
| Your child’s age range, as a band such as 5 to 7 | To pick the right words, cards and activities for the beta groups. |
| Your device, and what you want help with | To decide what to build first and which beta group to put you in. |
| Whether you want to test the beta | To know who to send a TestFlight link to. |
| Where your link came from, such as a campaign tag or the site that linked to us | To know which posts and communities actually reach families. |
We do not ask for your child’s name, a diagnosis, a medical record, an address or a phone number, and please do not send them to us.
What we do with it
- Email you about the AutiFlow beta and launch, until you unsubscribe.
- Choose who to invite to each beta group.
- Count signups in total, so we know how many families are waiting.
We do not sell or rent your details, we do not show ads inside AutiFlow, and we do not share your answers with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else handles your details
We use a small number of companies to run the website, the waitlist and the app. They only process your details on our instructions:
- Formspark receives and stores your form answers.
- Supabase hosts AutiFlow accounts and the app data and recordings backed up to them.
- Vercel serves this website, keeps standard server logs, and counts visits to the website (see Cookies below).
- PostHog receives usage statistics from the app, such as which features are opened, which tools you pick during setup (for example “Calm down faster”), sign-ins and purchases, linked to your account ID. It never receives your child’s name, check-in answers, card text, task titles, recordings or feedback text.
- Sentry receives crash reports from the app, such as the device model, iOS version, app version and where in the code the error happened. They never include your account ID, your IP address, screenshots or anything you type in the app.
- RevenueCat manages subscriptions: it receives your account ID and the purchase records Apple sends for it.
- Apple and Google confirm who you are if you choose to sign in with them, and Apple processes payments.
Some of these companies are based outside the EU and the UK. Where that applies, they handle your details under standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist answers until the app launches and the beta ends, and for up to twelve months after that so we can tell founding families about their pricing. Then we delete them. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we do it sooner.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email, using the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it. We will do it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
If you are in the EU or the UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your national data protection authority. We rely on your consent, which you gave by ticking the box on the waitlist form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not follow you around other websites. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies. For each page view it records the page address, the website you came from, an approximate location (such as country, state or city), and your device type, operating system and browser. A visit is recognised only by an anonymous code that Vercel discards after 24 hours, so it cannot follow you from one website to another. It never receives your name, your email or your form answers. Your browser also stores one small note on your own device after you join the waitlist, so the page remembers that you already signed up. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Children
The waitlist is for adults. AutiFlow is bought and set up by a parent, caregiver or professional, and used together with the child. We do not knowingly collect details directly from children through this site. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Inside the app
A parent or caregiver signs in to use AutiFlow, with Apple, Google or a code sent by email. We store your email address to sign you in. If you choose Apple or Google, they confirm who you are and share your email address with us.
What you add in the app is saved on your device and backed up to your account, so it survives a lost phone and follows you to a new one. That includes your child’s first name and age, check-ins and the feelings map, Talk cards, routines, progress, the safety card (which can hold allergies and an emergency contact), and voice recordings you make. Recordings are stored privately under your account. Only your signed-in account can read this data: we do not sell it, use it for ads or share it with advertisers.
We keep your app data until you reset it or delete your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings › Delete account: it permanently removes your account, the data backed up to it and your recordings, from our servers and from that iPhone. You can also ask us by emailing hello@autiflow.app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, which you manage in your Apple Account settings, and Apple and our subscription provider keep purchase records as billing requires. If we add sharing with a therapist, it will be something you choose to turn on, and we will update this page before it ships.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email the waitlist.
